Valentine weekend at Panorama hotel

One of the best dates you could do with your partner is to travel to Hong Kong for the Valentine weekend. This is the best time while it is Visa free for us Filipinos.

They have imposed the new rule that government officials should have a Visa to enter the city. Politics nothwithstanding, Hong Kong remains one of my favorite cities in the world for the convenience and the myriad of hotels, restaurants, bars and lounges to go to.

Shopping is also topnotch with the world’s luxurious and high street brands present in this small town. It truly offers the best in city living and yet still have the rustic charms if you go to Lantau island or Discovery Bay.

When in Hong Kong, one of the hotels I stay at is at the Rhombus Panorama hotel which offers magnificent views and is very conveniently located.

Until April 2014, they are offering special promotional prices on their rooms. The Deluxe silver room is only at HKD $988 and if you want it with breakfast, it is priced at HKD $1,098.

The Gold Room is at HKD $1,298 and already comes with breakfast and internet access in the rooms. The Harbourview Room is at HKD $1,348 with access to the Rhombus Executive Lounge access that gives free internet access all day.

You can have breakfast for free at the lounge. Evening cocktails and heavy canapes are also available. Ipads are also available for rent, which is complimentary if you did not bring your own ipad or laptop. Now you know why it is a favorite hotel of mine. Free 3 pieces of laundry service per day is also extended to the guest.

Rhombus Panorama also has a fitness center and a sky garden with an amazing view where you can drink cocktails while enjoying the view.

Rhombus Panorama hotel is superbly located in the heart of Tsimshatsui, one of Hong Kong’s most popular shopping and business districts, Hotel Panorama by Rhombus is amidst a vast selection of shopping choices including K11, iSQUARE and The ONE, boutiques, museums, restaurants, bars and entertainment centres.

The prime location allows you to access all parts of Hong Kong via Mass Transit Railway (MTR), Airport Express, Buses, Taxis and Ferries.
